Please note each bag takes approximately 7-10 days to create, as they are handmade and hand embroidered by me with care and attention to detail.

Delivery & Returns
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class post within 4-10 business days from the date of purchase. As each product is made to order, delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and current order volume. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that delivery times may also be affected by factors such as public holidays or unforeseen postal delays. If you have any specific delivery requirements or need your order expedited, please contact me, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to me within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact me with your order number and reason for return. I will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
